Currently, he’s the President/CEO of First American International Bank, a position he’s held for the past 4 years. He’s previously served as EVP/CFO, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Auditor and General Counsel for Carver Federal Savings Bank and New York Community Bank. He’s held positions in accounting and finance with GE Capital and as a Partner in Ricca and Donnelly, a general practice law firm with an emphasis in real estate.
