Annual Boat Cruise & Happy Hour

The NAIOP NYC Chapter invites you to its annual North River Lobster Co. Boat Cruise and Happy Hour on Thursday, June 30, 2022. Guests will enjoy early sunset views of the New York City skyline along the Hudson River while networking with industry professionals. NAIOP NYC Members and Non-Member Guests are all welcome. Space is limited.

The NAIOP NYC Developing Leaders Committee invites you to attend virtual monthly meetings to highlight upcoming chapter events, introduce new members and present industry highlights. NAIOP Corporate: Researching and Evaluating Market Opportunities: A Two-Dimensional Approach Webinar
Traditional one-dimensional tier and ranking systems (primary/secondary markets, etc.) can be helpful in prioritizing markets, but they also have limitations. A recent report from the NAIOP Research Foundation, “A Two-Dimensional Approach to Evaluating Commercial Real Estate Markets,” offers an alternative approach: using two-dimensional analysis allows for simultaneously evaluating multiple factors, such as size and risk. Sponsorship Committee
The Sponsorship Committee meets bi-annually and oversees and consults on sponsorship initiatives and prospective partnerships, determines and defines value propositions, prospect opportunities and pricing. The committee also participates in member outreach to solicit new partnerships.
Programs & Special Events Committee
The Programs & Events Planning Committee is responsible for organizing NAIOP New York City’s activities, special events, programs and networking opportunities. This committee meets quarterly to propose new ideas for NAIOP’s calendar of events. The Events Planning Committee works closely with the Executive board to actively promote programs.
Membership Committee
The Membership Committee meets quarterly and develops strategies for attracting and retaining members, follows up on leads with personal contacts and invitations for prospects to join. The committee also hosts new member orientation receptions, provides input and consultation to membership drive events, chapter value propositions and marketing.
