The Corporate Real Estate industry is experiencing a transformative time where assets, uses and value of place are being redefined. Social impact and purpose are being questioned. Environment Social Governance (ESG) and Diversity/Equity/Inclusion (DEI) are prime topics at the nexus of the corporate agenda. Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) are critical ecosystem players for supplier diversity. The trend towards a diverse spend started with municipalities, and then corporate commitments began to embrace it, as well. Investors are asking for accountability for both ESG and DEI.

In this panel discussion, the speakers will explore the value of supplier diversity and workforce diversity as both are contributing to Corporate Real Estate drivers for ESG and DEI.
